When the looper starts to be used, lubricate each part of the looper according to the requirements of the manual and refer to the schematic instructions to ensure the smooth operation of each part of the looper. When filling oil, follow the principle of using less and less oil to prevent oil stains from overflowing, sticking to the net sleeve and affecting the rotation. Thoroughly clean the fan duct of the weaving machine every two months. If conditions permit, a dust bag can also be installed at the outlet of the fan duct, so that the dust bag will not enter the duct and affect the normal operation of the machine. The residual oil in the mesh grooves and pipes should be cleaned regularly and cleaned with tools in time; otherwise, the dust will solidify after a long time, resulting in inflexible operation.

Correct selection of equipment; rough machining mainly cuts off most of the machining allowance, and does not require high machining accuracy. Therefore, roughing should be carried out on a machine with higher power and lower precision, and the finishing process requires the use of a machine with higher precision. Roughing on different machine tools can not only give full play to the production capacity of the machine tools, but also prolong the service life of the machine tools. It is strictly forbidden to wear shoes with metal studs into the mesh workshop, so as to avoid sparks caused by the friction between the studs and the ground, causing burning. The staff in the netting workshop must wear cotton-based clothes, because the weather is dry in winter, and polyester and acrylic clothes and motorcycles are prone to static electricity, sparks, and combustion. Smoking is strictly prohibited within 20 meters from the production workshop of the netting machine. The mesh workshop must be equipped with ventilation equipment. In winter, the weather is relatively cold, the doors and windows are closed tightly, and the butane gas concentration is relatively high, which is prone to danger. The indoor ventilation equipment must be turned on regularly to reduce the indoor butane gas concentration. Electrical components should be checked frequently for looseness to avoid sparks and danger. The net workshop should be equipped with fire extinguishers, and the staff must be able to use fire extinguishing equipment.
