3. Check whether there is looseness in the equipment connecting parts, and check whether the position of all valves is correct. Then check the transmission system, screws and other moving parts for abnormal sound. Whether the screw in the turning direction is clockwise from the head of the machine, the rotation should be more than three turns.

4. The inspection of the lubrication system is to first add lubricating oil into the gear transmission box until the scale indicated by the oil mark, and then check whether the oil circulation system and oil supply are in good condition, whether there is leakage in each water pipe, whether the oil is unobstructed, and whether the valve is flexible. .

5. When starting, irrelevant personnel should leave, to prevent local overheating of the material from rushing out of burns, to prevent the belt and the mixed cylinder from being stabbed, and to prevent hair and clothing from being entangled.
